Tshepiso Aphane (born December 6, 1992), known professionally as T.H-C Watseba (stylized as T.H-C), is an award nominated African Hip Hop Superstar, from Cape Town currently residing in Johannesburg, active since 2012 till present, specializing in all types of hip hop and urban music.

Hitting the ground and running T.H-C started 2019 with his fifth music video for ACR produced hit single, “Lost”, as well as releasing the single alongside with the single

 T.H-C’s debut project ‘7441-DoN’ currently has 100 000+ streams, 10 000+ downloads, 4 music videos with a combined 120 000+ views, 3 DOCUMENTARIES and a successful merchandise line. 7441-DoN got him awarded ‘Best M.C’ (Stoned Steve Biko) and ‘Song Of The Year’ (Never Ends), he is a critically acclaimed freestyle artist, having cyphered with the likes of Gigi Lamayne on V.O.V radio, he always successfully won every battle on the station. In 2014 he won the L.A.M.E clothing music competition and co-founded the “Its Not Peer Pressure” clothing range.

Being from Summer greens Cape Town, T.H-C decided to name his debut digital album “7441-DoN” as 7441 is the area he is from and feels like where you from plays a part in making you who you. He is a DoN from the 7441, his career blossomed in 2012, when he moved to the capital of South Africa, Pretoria, where T.H-C was recruited as a member by Blak hand to appear as a label affiliate.[3] While studying he [3continued to pursue a rap career and appeared on songs from various artists including The Blak Hand, Sly Mo, Reza & many more. T.H-C then released his debut single “Concrete Caveman” along with the remix featuring Blak Hand.

The success of his first single led to the release of “Madiba Money” featuring the genesis ’Debuted by DJ Gatsby Kid who worked at good hope fm at the time. This is where he began his process for recording his debut “7441-DoN”

The title of the album was based on Summer Greens a neighborhood in Cape Town which in his own words “Made me the Don I am”.
The album’s cover art designed by Lindelani features a current picture of T.H-C with Summer greens in the background, it is composed of 23 songs, for each year has lived Released 26 September 2016, with official singles, ‘Your Turn’, ‘Time’ , leaked singles ‘Madiba Money’, ‘Bonkers’ and Laughing at ya(L.O.L).

This Was also the year he began his university education, at Varsity College Pretoria, the moving to the Sandton Campus. T.H-C is a varsity college graduate, with a diploma in software development, he is currently completing his BiSC degree at Monash South Africa, it was important for him to complete as education is something T.H-C feels strong about

7441-DoN is the debut digital album by South African hip hop recording artist T.H-C; it was released on September 26, 2016, independently. With music video’s ‘Fuck boy’, ‘Stoned Steve Biko’  ‘never end’s’ and 4th music video titled “Time” ft Zambian rapper J Ro all published on the UniVibez tv channel.

Featuring 23 tracks it has earned T.H-C nominations in the AMA’s under “Song of the Year” for Never Ends(prod.by Beatsmith) & “Best M.C” for Stoned Steve Biko(prod. By Chuby Chux), Also being nominated for “Best collaboration” for his infectious hit “Bonkers” featuring J ro. T.H-C has represented the country and continent as being the first African artist to be featured on American hip hop channel “Live from the b-sides. The music video for ‘Fuck boy’ premiered on Bronx New York based Video City Television to the “freshman videos” charts.

T.H-C Watseba currently filming the music videos for “Merlot Moments”, (The release of “Merlot Moments” will come with Merlot Moments branded cups, a wine endorsement/sponsorship for the release party and premiere.)

T.H-C plans to release a total of 6 music videos for his 7441-DoN project, a documentary titled “1080 dp Hyroglyph’s”

Also selling Merchandise off the success of his project.  The first product from his debut tape being the T.H-C cups, with more 7441-DoN merchandise to follow, the cups feature “Never Ends”, “Merlot Moments” on the cups

Has entertained crowds at stadiums, picnics, parties, clubs, school, campuses, malls, community centers, lodges, etc. with over 6 years performing experience.

T.H-C is looking to do a provincial tour with All access for debut project “7441-DoN” and upcoming projects titled “1080 dp Hyroglyph’s : T.H-C the IcoN”(E.P), “T.H-C ‘Tha Obzerved’ …Season 1”(L.P) 

A Tour in and around Gauteng, with merchandise, an App and documentary titled “1080 dp Hyroglyph’s : T.H-C the IcoN”( In association with UniVibez) which will take fans behind the scenes and engage with supporters at a more intimate level, showing behind the scenes, day to day life, studio sessions, exclusive songs, music videos , radio interviews, performances and tour footage from the  “ Your Turn”  tour

T.H-C is currently in studio working on new music for his next 3 releases, “1080 dp Hyroglyph’s : T.H-C the IcoN”(E.P), “T.H-C ‘Tha Obzerved’ …Season 1”(L.P) & “ T.H-C Season 2…Black Chucky”(L.P), 

With 3 documentaries under his name titled ‘Triple P documentaries’ and garnering high rotation on most internet and community radio stations. His songs are featured on many DJ mixtapes.

After the success of His first mixtape “7441-DoN”  and the anticipation for his second release. was noted when he released his latest song  titled “Question” produced by Kubz & Sulphy the hitmaker is the lead single from his sophomore effort titled “T.H-C ‘Tha Obzerved’ …Season 1

Which is set to be released during the summer of 2018,  The second single “Lost” which will follow Question is to be released 25 May 2016 ,and 3rd single “Cup Up ft Blaq Flex (prod.Genesis)” which is to be featured on “1080 dp Hyroglyph’s : T.H-C the IcoN”(E.P )  The soundtrack compilation E.P which will feature  various artists, DJ’s and producers.

He says he is influenced by Life and listens to all hip hop. His favorites includes Jay Z, Tupac, Biggie, Lil Wayne, Big L, Ice Cube, Dr.Dre, Nas and Eminem.

He is also a huge fan a reggae

Philanthropy

T.H-C works hand in hand with Monash community engagement, he was part of a charity tour with purple movement being the main act. Also does unrestricted angels every June 16 to help underprivileged children by getting the audience to donate clothing.

T.H-C will always do charity gigs free of charge.
